On-Premise AI.
Your Infrastructure.
Your Control.
Integral deploys on-premise agentic AI systems that work with your private document repositories, with access control, GDPR compliance, and LLM flexibility built in. Deploy on your own hardware or private cloud. No data leaves your environment.

Compliance-first AI. Your rules. Your infrastructure.
Data Never Leaves the Environment
Every query, every document, and every response stays inside the infrastructure. Integral makes no outbound API calls to third-party LLM providers in on-premise deployments. Nothing exits the environment at any point.
Every Answer Traces Back to a Source
Integral verifies that every factual claim in an agent response traces back to a specific document chunk. There are no hallucinated outputs and no fabricated answers. If the document is not in the knowledge base, the agent returns a not-found message rather than generating an inaccurate response.

Access Control at the Resource Level
Integral uses bidirectional IAM. Identity policies on users, and resource policies on knowledge bases and agents are evaluated simultaneously on every request. An explicit deny in any policy blocks access regardless of role. Access is enforced at the query level, not just at login.
GDPR Compliance Built Into the Platform
Right to erasure with a 72-hour SLA, PII redaction at ingestion and before every external LLM call, data residency enforced at the infrastructure layer, and an append-only audit log are all included as standard.
Every layer built for control.
Five purpose-built modules that work together to give your organization complete ownership over its AI systems, from access to compliance to deployment.
Permissions go beyond login
01 — Fine-grained
Access Management
Access policies attach to both the user and the resource. Identity policies on roles and resource policies on knowledge bases and agents are evaluated simultaneously on every single request. An explicit deny in any policy overrides all allow statements regardless of role.
- Bidirectional IAM enforcement on every request
- Four built-in roles: Owner, Admin, Collaborator, Staff
- Per-resource access grants without role promotion
- Every permission change is written to an append-only audit log

Purpose-built on-premise AI systems
02 — On-Premise
Agent Builder
Build and configure AI agents for specific use cases, including legal research, financial analysis, compliance review, HR documentation queries, and more. Each agent runs entirely inside private infrastructure with a defined knowledge base scope, configurable reasoning pipeline, and a fallback policy that determines what the agent returns when retrieval finds nothing relevant.
- Configurable reasoning pipeline modules per agent
- Hard Stop fallback ensures zero fabricated answers from general LLM knowledge
- Full version control with rollback on every configuration change
- Zero outbound LLM calls in on-premise deployments
Your documents, indexed and controlled
03 — Knowledge Bases
Every knowledge base in Integral is isolated per tenant at the database query level. Documents pass through a seven-stage ingestion pipeline: validation, text extraction, PII scanning, chunking, embedding, indexing, and completion. Considering this happens entirely within private infrastructure, no document content reaches an external service at any point during ingestion.
- Three access tiers: Public, Private, and Restricted
- Parallel multi-KB retrieval with configurable merge strategies
- PII are redacted before any content reaches the embedding pipeline
- Every ingestion event is written to the audit log with full attribution

Compliance built into every layer
04 — GDPR
Compliance
Integral deploys document intelligence and agentic AI systems that align with all GDPR compliance obligations, including right to erasure, data residency, PII detection and redaction, consent logging, and DPA readiness, so the engineering team does not build or maintain them separately on each deployment.
- Right to erasure completing within a 72-hour SLA across every storage system
- PII redacted at ingestion and before every external LLM prompt dispatch
- Data residency enforced at the infrastructure layer, not just application configuration
- Immutable consent logging included at onboarding
Deploy with confidence, always
05 — Deployment
Integral's Provider Abstraction Layer sits between the agent execution engine and any LLM backend. The application code is identical across every deployment mode. Switching LLM providers from a public API to a self-hosted vLLM instance is just a configuration change.
- Cloud deployment or fully on-premise on private GPU hardware
- Regional data residency enforced across every storage system
- Packaged as Docker and Binary Builds

On-premise AI, up and running in 3 steps.
On-premise Infrastructure
Deploy AI models on private hardware or a dedicated cloud environment. Configure isolated network segments and enforce high-security physical boundaries.
Knowledge Base & AI Agents
Upload documents to your private index. Integral runs ingestion entirely on-premise. Configure reasoning pipelines and define agent capabilities.
User Interface & Integration
Connect your existing workflows to the AI stack. Use the built-in UI or integrate via API, maintaining full data sovereignty for every single request.
